All Hella Fly Hair Collection products have a 1-2 day processing time. Orders will be shipped to the customer's preferred shipping address within 3-10 business days after the order has been successfully processed.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. However, all defects pertaining to Hella Fly Hair Collection products should be addressed by email at hellaflyhaircollection@gmail.com within 5 business days after receiving your order. Customers should provide a clear detailed description and photo of the discrepancy in the email. We will properly inspect and make any adjustments we deem necessary. The products MUST be unworn, in its original state and packaging.
